I recently heard actor Will Smith give two 'keys' to a successful life, which I found quite interesting. The first was 'running.' The point is if you can learn to ignore or even 'turn off' the voice in your head that says 'quit' or 'I can't go any further' you'll end up giving yourself a greater chance to succeed at the things you do. The second was 'reading.' If we can discipline ourselves to consider the thoughts, wisdom and mistakes of others, we'll find ourselves more humbled, and perhaps even wiser in the end.

Now, we probably wouldn't esteem Will Smith to be a great philosopher, but he's certainly on to something here and his thoughts bear witness to truth, of which I believe God to be the ultimate Source of. So, with these 2 keys in mind, I've recently stepped up my running and exercise.
